Hi:     What is Koi?
Story:  It is a lamp saying that “Its a show, and we are the audience“






It is inspired by the eastern-culture definition of darkness and gold from the book “In Praise of Shadows”. Quote from Jun’ichirō Tanizaki: “We find beauty not in the thing itself but in the patterns of shadows, the light and the darkness, that one thing against another creates” creates.”
