Part-time Senior Graphic Designer

Position Overview
 职位概述

Lead Projects:
  • Handle VI branding projects.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of design prompts, mood boards, and complete design processes.
  • Develop from conceptual frameworks to related physical development processes.
  • Coordinate with product design and marketing teams to meet graphic design needs.
  • Communicate effectively with internal supervisors and external clients, completing design report plans.

Support Projects:
  • Assist the in-house design team in completing exhibition materials, website information, and other creative modifications.
  • Manage product shooting and main picture detail page creative design.
  • Create social media content illustrations, graphic layouts, and short video editing and production.


主导项目：
  • 甲方VI branding 项目 以及 工作室重要展会物料设计
  • 参与完成平面及项目的设计创意。
  • 具备较强的创意和设计能力，注重细节。
  • 制定概念框架，指导设计项目开发过程。
  • 阐释项目需求，设定目标和艺术方向，综合满足设计与商业目标。
  • 与产品设计以及市场团队协调以满足平面设计需求。
  • 与内部主管和外部客户进行高效沟通，完成设计汇报方案。

辅助项目：
  • 辅助设计团队完成布展资料、网站信息等创作修改。
  • 商品拍摄及主图详情页创意设计
  • 社交媒体内容配图、图文排版、短视频剪辑制作
  • 线下物料设计和制作，其他部门的部分素材制作需求等。





Responsibilities
 工作职责
  • Have 5 years or more of professional graphic design experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in graphic design or advertising/public relations/exhibition related fields.
  • Good communication skills, self-motivation, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English communication, Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.



  1. 具备2年及以上的专业平面设计经验。
  2. 本科及以上平面设计或广告/公关/会展相关专业背景。
  3. 具有优秀的时间管理和抗压能力。
  4. 良好的沟通能力，自我驱动和高度的工作责任感。
  5. 良好的工作态度及团队协作能力。
  6. 流利的中英文沟通能力，读写能力强优先。
